Dog House Rocketry also has the well nut buttons. Drill the hole, push the rubber portion into the hole. rubber expands inside the body tube when you tighten the screw. Very simple and strong.

I like the simplicity. I assume it could also be used to retrofit other rockets. That's a really good Idea there!
