Password Stopped Working

I tried logging in and it kept saying my password was incorrect. I tried on my phone and i couldn't login in there either.I had the password on a word document on my computer in case i ever forgot it, so I directly copy and pasted that and it still wouldn't accept it. I then clicked forgot password, and reset the password, and was able to login using the new password emailed to me. Weird! Has this ever happened before?

I have not experienced that here before. I appreciate your detailed report though. I'll review the audit logs to make sure no mischief was targetting your account.
